WHAT IT IS
- A grassroots organization planning benefit concerts this Spring
to raise money for John Kerry's Presidential Campaign.
- We bring together performers and venues interested in offering
their time and spaces.
HOW IT WORKS
- 100% of ticket sales goes to John Kerry for
President.
- At www.ConcertsforKerry.org, visitors will soon be able to:
- find concerts
- buy tickets
- volunteer a venue
- volunteer a band or performer
WHY IT'S IMPORTANT
- We are raising money immediately, because campaign spending
is unlimited before the presidential conventions in July.
- John Kerry spent much of his campaign money during the
primary races.
- George W. Bush has raised more than $100 million and will raise
even more.
WHO WE ARE
- We launched www.KerryConnector.com, a successful grassroots
effort that has connected thousands of people nationally to Kerry
events and raised thousands of dollars.
- We work in music, law, publicity, and design.
- Everyone at Concerts for Kerry is a volunteer.
